What Juice Is

Weekly movement, breathwork, and nervous system support designed to help you stay grounded and resourced all year long.

For people who want consistent regulation, creative expression, and community—not more pressure or performance.

Sarah’s teachings have helped me to awaken the healthy fight within me. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, people pleasing, low self-esteem and codependent tendencies for decades, the shift I feel is nothing short of miraculous. I love how her teachings center around small, intentional shifts that teach my nervous system that change is okay and even safe. Juice has ignited in me a spark that is helping me to set boundaries, parent better and go for what I want in my work life with so much more ease and resilience!

- ROSE CAMPBELL
Co-Owner and Strategy Director of Trio Marketing

“What I love about these weekly calls is that Sarah continues to share and embody everything we touched during the course. In Resourced, the main focus was understanding how nervous system regulation works. Here, I truly get to practice it and slowly metabolize what I learned.

Through gentle movement and the soulful environment Sarah creates — with her calm presence and uniquely spacious rhythm — she shows us what a harmonized nervous system can actually feel like in lived experience.

Juice was born in a moment of deep clarity.

I was sitting in ceremony, feeling an old pattern rise up again—the belief that I have to hold it all together. That if I loosen my grip, everything will fall apart. I remember looking down at a woven rug, noticing how multiple threads were interlaced and looping back into themselves, and thinking: this is me. My life. My work. My family. My responsibility.

A friend gently asked, “Is that actually true?”

I could immediately name all the times it felt true. And then she reflected my own medicine back to me: that sounds like a double bind.

That question cracked something open. If the options aren’t “hold it all together” or “let it all fall apart,” then what lives in between?

What’s the sacred third—the nuanced, creative, generative space where choice returns? The word that kept coming to me was JUICE. Not effort. Not discipline. Not another strategy. But life force. Creativity. The animating energy that flows when we stop overriding ourselves and let something larger move through us.

Being Resourced is no small thing. In a society that offers very little structural support, and idealizes hyper-independence learning to regulate your nervous system is a major accomplishment. If you feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or exhausted by the sheer logistics of life, I want to name this clearly: it makes sense, and it’s not your fault.

If you did all the hard work, and you finally feel resourced you may find as I once did, it is not the end game. The most capable, self-aware people can still feel… flat.

Disconnected from vitality. From creativity. I want to be moved by life rather than managing it all the time.

Regulation without aliveness can quietly turn into fragile perfectionism.

The truth is, if our society were healthy, we wouldn’t need nervous system courses at all. Our ancestors didn’t outsource regulation—they lived it. Communal meals. Dancing. Singing. Drumming. Fire-side stories. Communal grieving. Braiding hair. Cooking together. These weren’t hobbies; they were how energy moved, how meaning was made, how individuals and groups stayed coherent.

Juice exists to bring that missing layer back—not as nostalgia, but as lived experience. It’s a weekly, body-based space to move energy in community. To let creativity replace effort. To move from the steadiness of regulation the vitality, creativity and connection of movement and presence.

Why Join Juice?

  • Keep practicing what you learned in Resourced — turn nervous system concepts into something you actually experience and embody week after week.

  • Build a steady, sustainable practice — repetition matters. Each week gives you another opportunity to come back to your body, your breath, and what’s already working.

  • Find your center when life gets messy — Juice can become a reset, reboot, and place to reconnect with yourself when things feel hard or overwhelming.

  • Move emotions through your body — rather than having to analyze, fix, or figure everything out, use movement, breath, and somatic practices to let what’s present move through.

  • Develop more ease, resilience, and choice — members describe feeling more grounded, sleeping better, finding their center more quickly, and responding to life with greater discernment and ease.

  • Strengthen your boundaries and your voice — Juice creates space to practice listening to your body and accessing the healthy fight, clarity, and agency that can help you go for what you want.

  • Experience more aliveness — not just feeling “better,” but having access to more range: joy, anger, pleasure, play, tenderness, grief, power, and everything in between.

  • Be supported without having to fix yourself — come exactly as you are, co-regulate with others, and receive the spaciousness and community that helps you remember your wholeness.

  • Let your nervous system learn through experience — small, intentional shifts repeated over time can teach your system that change, movement, and expansion can be safe.

“I’ve been doing nervous system and related healing work for many years, and have found that Sarah’s Juice sessions are bringing me into a whole new realm of comfort, ease, and functioning in the world. I am able to find my centre quickly, I am sleeping better, and my discernment, voice and actions are feeling incredibly well calibrated. When my self-talk feels compromised, I easily slide into ‘I wonder’ and ‘show me’ statements that surprise and delight me.
