What to expect each day
Day 1: Where Choice Lives
Your body knows the way—but only if you slow down enough to hear it.
Most of us are stuck in a loop we didn’t choose.
Survival mode has become the norm. Hustle is glorified. And urgency? It’s everywhere.
But there’s another way—and your nervous system already holds the map.
On Day 1, we’ll explore one of the most powerful tools I’ve ever used: A multi-dimensional Nervous System Map that reveals exactly where you are and how to find your way back to resonance.
This is where trauma loops unravel.
Where urgency loses its grip.
Where your system remembers how to dance between effort and ease.
Because when you find choice in your body, you find the key to a new reality— One where aliveness isn’t a reward for doing more… It’s your baseline.

Day 2: The Sacred Third
There is always another way. But you have to slow down enough to see it.
When urgency runs the show, we default to either/or thinking.
On Day 2, we’ll explore how nervous system resourcing opens the door to the sacred third, that space beyond black-or-white, all-or-nothing, right-or-wrong.
This is the space when your body gains enough resources to feel good in the unknown… and a new possibility enters. One you could not see from your previous state.
It’s not about bypassing your stress. It’s about meeting it with enough presence that something new can emerge: An option you couldn’t see before. A truth you can speak and still stay connected. A small step that shifts everything.
This is the magic of nuanced living, of nervous system flexibility, of reclaiming your right to choose again.
Because when you build the capacity to pause, feel, and choose (to stay another breath or move on purpose), you unlock the door to a life that’s both honest and alive.
That’s the sacred third.

Day 3: Relational Health
The nervous system heals in connection—when we’re safe enough to stay.
We’re not meant to regulate alone.
But so many of us were taught to either disappear in relationships… or dominate them.
To please. To perform. To walk on eggshells. To armor up.
And it’s not your fault—your body was trying to keep you safe.
We’ll explore how to build new relational pathways— ones where you can speak your truth and stay in connection first to yourself then to other.
Where boundary repairs becomes a bridge to aligned relationships.
Where rupture becomes a path to deeper trust—not shame or shutdown.
We’ll explore what happens in your cells when you shift an old pattern…
and how to stay present in the discomfort that comes before the relief.
This is the moment when your nervous system starts to believe: “It’s safe to be me. It’s safe to ask. It’s safe to stay in this discomfort. Something better is on it’s way”
This is relational repair.
And it changes everything.

Meet Sarah
Sarah Tacy is a trauma-informed somatic coach, nervous system educator, and multi-modality healer who has worked with supported Olympians, CEOs, high-performing teams, mothers, creatives, and leaders to reclaim their vitality, deepen their intuition, and build lives rooted in resonance—not reactivity. She’s known for weaving science, spirit, and deep humanity into nervous system repair work that helps women reclaim clarity, capacity, and embodied wholeness.
