A note from Sarah
The truth is, most of us live in a culture programmed toward urgency.
If you’ve been rushing, overriding, or feeling like you can’t keep up — it’s not your fault. You are not doing something wrong.
The work of self and collective liberation begins with breaking these patterns in ourselves, and in how we relate with others — especially when the systems around us make it feel unnatural. But it is possible.
Nervous system work is a journey. Sometimes there are overnight wins and quantum leaps. More often, it’s steady reps over time — so small you don’t notice until one day your old patterns are nearly unrecognizable.
Here’s to more range, less rush, and being fully human.
