"A simple exercise of beginning the day in my body gave me a kind of grounding I'd never known before."

Sarah Tacy's Resourced course helped me in ways I didn't even realize I needed. As I practiced, I could feel the difference between living fully present and the pixelated, scattered way I had been moving through life. That awareness alone was a profound form of support.

What surprised me most was how simple tools could create such a powerful shift in my physical and mental well-being. And while I thought I'd become a better mom, I also became a better partner. Instead of arguments about laundry, I could pause, return to my body, and recognize what I truly needed. From that place, I had more honest, productive conversations and could ask for support without blame, because I had already learned how to resource myself first.

I continue to use these tools on a daily basis.

"Sarah doesn't just teach nervous system concepts, she embodies them."

Again and again I am humbly reminded to pause, feel, and choose, to take a moment and use the wisdom of my body to sense the difference between danger and fear.

I've taken countless trainings, certifications, and programs, but what set this one apart is that she models regulation in real time, inviting you to experience it with her. Her language is precise, accessible, and fresh. She skillfully weaves high-level neuroscience with live practices, daily drips, and group experiences that honor titration and pendulation, making complex material digestible and alive.

What struck me most was the sense of safety in her container, created through her presence, resonance, and grounded pacing, which allowed shame to melt and compassion to grow. I left with practical tools, embodied maps, and a deeper sense of possibility and aliveness than any program I've experienced before.

"Resourced is one of the only online courses I fully completed, start to finish."

Even after it ended, I found myself going back, by choice, by want, by desire. I still return to the material often, using it in breathwork sessions and in daily life.

Even when I'd encountered some of these ideas before, Sarah offered them in a way that felt uniquely hers, digesting, synthesizing, and simplifying a large body of work so it became both accessible and deeply applicable.

For anyone who can't make the live calls, the replays and daily drips were just as valuable. Having video, audio, and written summaries meant the material was always there waiting for me, unhurried. A resource I could engage with in my own time, in my own way.

I feel deeply grateful for this work, and I'll continue to stay engaged with this container.

"This was a soul-nourishing, mind-expanding, emotionally elevating journey."

When I signed up for Resourced, I had already explored many books and online courses about nervous system healing, somatic work, breathwork, and trauma resolution. As a mother and a meditation and yoga teacher, I wanted to deepen my understanding and expand my toolkit, not just for others but for myself. What I found in Resourced was unlike anything else.

Over the 12+ weeks, I cultivated a much deeper awareness of my inner world and developed the tools to ground myself in even the most challenging moments. Sarah's approach, integrating not just personal healing but collective and ancestral resonance, helped me understand my life path in a whole new way.

I loved connecting with other women from different ages, backgrounds, and countries. Despite our differences, we created a space of shared safety, truth, and transformation. It reminded me that healing happens in community, with shared values and authentic voices.

I've done so much trauma training, and the way this is offered, personal rather than clinical, made it so much more accessible. I feel stronger and more ready to step into my role as a mother, from embodying my memories, my path, and my calling. My fear has become information.

Resourced gifted me a nervous system that feels more flexible and responsive. It widened my comfort zone, and in doing so, expanded what feels possible in my life.

"Starting my days with Sarah became a grounding ritual I didn't know I needed."

Her gentle, bite-sized meditations and daily reflections were not just nourishing, they were doable. And they made me look forward to slowing down.

What surprised me most was how quickly I began listening to my body again, really listening. Instead of reacting from my mind or outside noise, I found myself returning to my own somatic intelligence. And that felt like home.

Sarah has this rare gift of merging science and soul, the secular and the sacred. She teaches from lived experience, weaving modalities into something that feels both deeply expansive and incredibly practical.

"The subtlety with which Sarah holds the energy in the group is profound."

She led us to the edge of discomfort while helping us to feel safe, which is the place where all the magic happens. Her soulful presence and depth of wisdom are an alchemical combo.

"You can stop doing all of this other stuff and just focus on one thing, which is getting your foundation."

I'm a learner, so it's always one more book, one more course, like it'll be the solution. You're trying all these things and putting it on and putting it on, but it's not working, because the foundation's not there. That's actually going to make everything better. It's permission to let all that other stuff go.

That course really has saved my life, and I don't think I'm being too dramatic. I had health issues and was finding it so hard to even find the mental space to manage them, and this course helped me.

I almost didn't do it because of the expense. It was worth every cent.

"I wasn't able to make many of the calls live. But I'm almost done re-watching all the materials for the second time."

I definitely lean more science than woo. But also, as someone who's had a lot of weird health stuff where doctors are like, meh, there's a lot of stuff happening that people experience, that I experience, that there just is not tidy explanations for at this point. And I felt like you recognized that, or at least could hold space for that.

You're not promising a magical band-aid, and I really respected that. That's one of my litmus tests for the stuff floating around on the internet. If they're like, I will cure you in 30 days, I think, no you're not. But you're saying there are meaningful things you can do.

I no longer rush from obligation to obligation. I pause a lot. If you take this seriously, you're just not going to hit the wall like that anymore. Or if you do, it'll be a much softer impact.

"On paper, it would have made more sense for me to wait a year to enroll. I'm so grateful I didn't wait until my conditions were perfect to start."

Even though I didn't have a ton of bandwidth for the program when I started, what I did integrate made a difference. What Sarah taught about titration gave me such permission to embrace the season of life I was in. Those lessons taught me that the time I was spending with the material, however sporadic and inconsistent, was fertile and even strategic.

I had a huge win while going through the material again. I finally repaired a boundary I'd been avoiding. I listened to one of the replays on my porch, pausing to send the message, and felt so held by the group and the lesson around boundary repair. In the past I would have waited at least another week so it wouldn't feel as harsh.

That's the part I didn't expect. The nerve to actually do the thing I already knew I needed to do.
