Starting my days with Sarah became a grounding ritual I didn’t know I needed. Her gentle, bite-sized meditations and daily reflections were not just nourishing—they were doable. And they actually made me look forward to slowing down.”

What surprised me most was how quickly I began listening to my body again—really listening. Instead of reacting from my mind or outside noise, I found myself returning to my own somatic intelligence. And that felt like home.

my story

I love women. I love how deeply we feel, how fiercely we serve, and how wild our hearts truly are.

I see all the demands we hold—the invisible labor of organizing, tending, scheduling, holding it all together—and the survival pattern of “I’m ok when you’re ok.”

That pattern didn’t start with us.

If our female ancestors encountered a powerful threat, their best chance at survival was not brute force—it was relational intelligence. Appease, attune, be beloved. Safety came from being needed, included, woven into the fabric of community.

So when we give ourselves a hard time for being people pleasers or high-functioning co-dependents, I say: of course. It’s ancient. It once kept us alive.
But in supremacy culture—where productivity is prized and community is fractured—these once-wise patterns become exhausting. We pair them with isolation, hyper-responsibility, and pressure to perform.

And I don’t believe the answer is to override those patterns with cold boundaries or forced independence. I dream of something different.

I dream of a world where we are deeply supported—inside and out—without having to abandon our truth. Where belonging doesn’t require betrayal of self. Where care and clarity can live in the same breath.

I used to think peace came from getting the things done. That if I could just organize my time better, resource myself appropriately, push a little more, optimize my morning routine or hire the right help, I’d finally feel spacious and on purpose.

But the truth was—I had resourced myself into a corner.

And one evening I had that cliché yet still sinking feeling of, “Is this it?”

I had created a life that looked great on paper, but something was missing underneath: my vitality, my ease, my deep yes.

The part of me that used to feel alive playing at the edge of the unknown, following desire, living on rhythm instead of rigidity—it got buried under responsibility, urgency, and endless decision fatigue.

From the outside, I looked like I had it together. And in many ways I did. But on the inside, I was surviving—navigating grown-up relationships, grief, ambition, friendship ruptures, caregiving, and the quiet ache of wondering if this is just how it is.

I craved meaningful connection without having to hide parts of myself to keep it. I longed to feel clear without having to figure everything out. I wanted space to choose a new way forward—but without burning everything down. I wondered if there was a sacred third between holding it all together and chaos.

That’s when nervous system work became more than a practice to stay calm—it became my compass for pleasure and vitality as well… my way back to the sacred third.

Because nervous system repair is more than fixing stress response wiring.

It’s your interface with the world. Your translator between inner and outer experience. Your tuning fork for truth. Your filter, your rhythm, your timing, your bridge between body and spirit.

It’s how you know when something feels off before you can name it. It’s the pulse that guides your yes, your no, your not yet. It’s where your instincts live—and where old patterns hide. It holds your protective strategies and your potential.

A nervous system is not a problem to fix. It’s a living intelligence that can be re-tuned.

Not toward perfection, but toward coherence. Not toward control, but toward connection.

This work isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s about coming home to the part of you that already knows. Building enough capacity to stay with what’s real. Enough safety to feel fully. Enough space to choose again.

Because rewiring your nervous system isn’t just about regulation. It’s about remembering your original frequency—and learning how to live from there.

When demands outweighed support, nervous system tools were my lifeline. They gave me just enough:

  • Enough to pause before reacting.

  • Enough to speak my truth even when it shook.

  • Enough to see where I’d outsourced my power and begin to take it back.

  • Enough to co-regulate with nature when community felt far away.

And when my basic needs were met, those same tools became a bridge to something deeper:

  • More vitality.

  • More truth.

  • More connection.

  • More sovereignty.

Now I live in greater alignment with my values and energy.

I make decisions more from resonance than reaction. I ask for help. I hold better boundaries. Joy and laughter are a side effect. I’m surrounded by people who can meet me—not the mask.

"This was a soul-nourishing, mind-expanding, emotionally elevating journey.

When I signed up for Resourced, I had already explored many books and online courses about nervous system healing, somatic work, breathwork, and trauma resolution. As a mother and a meditation and yoga teacher, I wanted to deepen my understanding and expand my toolkit—not just for others, but for myself.

What I found in Resourced was unlike anything else.

Sarah's gently unfolding structure offered both depth and freshness. Each week, her live teachings, written guidance, and daily practices felt like steady threads of support—practical and profound. Her presence in our community space was constant, grounding, and wise.

That’s what this course is about.

Resourced is a 12-week course in nervous system repatterning as the foundation for sustainable liberation, boundaries, sovereignty, aligned connection, and joy.

It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about becoming more fully yourself.

Whether you’re a high-functioning visionary or a deeply feeling human (or both), this course is a place to practice a new way of being—one moment at a time.
We’ll map where you are, locate what’s needed, and build the capacity to live into the answers—without rushing the questions.

Because the truth is: you’re not stuck. You may just be one moment away from a new kind of clarity.

I had created a life that looked great on paper, but something was missing underneath: my vitality, my ease, my deep yes.

What this course is not:

  • This course is not about perfectionism.
This course is not about a pain-free life.

What this course is :

  • A support system meant to expand capacity for both the hard and the joyful.

  • A place for pattern breaking, edge walking, and resourcing so you can find yourself and do the next right thing (which may simply be pausing or saying no).

  • A nervous system map to help you orient to where you are and where you want to go and nervous system tools to help you at the edge of each threshold.

  • A chance to claim your sovereignty within your partnerships (at your pace), and be a curious, active part of an interdependent ecosystem.

  • Most of all, this course is about community. We were never meant to do this alone.

Weekly Themes

  • On the first call you’ll get an overview of what to expect, experiential nervous system support, and a regulation practice to integrate into your day to day.

  • This week we will be training your brain to see and your body to feel opportunities, stability and resources that are already available and present.

  • This week we are exploring how posture and movement can change how you feel, what you think, and how the world receives you.  You’ll create more opportunities for joy and give your fight and flight urges an outlet so they don’t come out sideways or get suppressed within you!

  • This week we are building the skills of recognizing trauma patterns so we can see where we are and where we want to go. We will also learn to acknowledge the intelligence and health in trauma physiology and consider unmet needs that can be met in the present moment.

  • This week we build the skills of sensory foraging and “building the field” to help our nervous system access a regulated pleasureful place.

  • This week we explore vagus nerve exercises so you can enhance capacity to stay true to yourself through life’s ups and downs.

  • This week we’ll explore a variety of breath practices that create a variety of state changes.  The state of your nervous system determines the choices you make in life. We’ll also look at long term benefits of breathing less!

  • This week we’ll explore how to move from feeling stuck in your life or within specific scenarios with kids, to finding nuance and choice.

  • This week includes embodied practices for receiving, listening, differentiation, and presence with kids, partners, friends, animals and nature.

  • This week is all about boundary repair.

  • This week we’re building conditions that help us to say goodbye to old triggers, set a new pattern, and experience a new way of being.

  • This week there will be no new information.  We will check-in with each other, move our bodies, review what we’ve learned, do a nervous system practice and take questions.

  • This will be an online ceremony and ritual to honor our journeys together and mark an end to this particular sequence .

An in person retreat will be on the horizon if you so choose!  Separate and additive to this course!

I dream of a world in which women are embodied, empowered, and true.

"Sarah Tacy’s Resourced course helped me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. I joined hoping to be a more present mom to my teenagers, but from the very first video I knew something deeper was unfolding.”

I hadn’t recognized how dissociated I was from my body. A simple exercise of beginning the day in my body gave me a kind of grounding I’d never known before. As I practiced, I could feel the difference between living fully present and the pixelated, scattered way I had been moving through life. That awareness alone was a profound form of support.

What surprised me most was how simple tools could create such a powerful shift in my physical and mental well-being. And while I thought I’d become a better mom, I also became a better partner. Instead of arguments about laundry, I could pause, return to my body, and recognize what I truly needed. From that place, I had more honest, productive conversations and could ask for support without blame — because I had already learned how to resource myself first.

I continue to use these tools on a daily basis!

Professional Bio

For over 20 years, I’ve immersed myself in the healing arts and sciences as an accomplished mind-body trainer and trusted guide in nervous system support and somatic exploration. I’ve worked with Olympians, professional athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, and women reclaiming their lives, helping them access the body’s wisdom to create transformative possibilities in their work, relationships, and well-being.

My journey began as a competitive athlete studying psychology and world religion in college. After graduation, I spent three years doing research and development for an elite performance training facility while also completing my 500hr yoga certification,  much of it exploring how nervous systems adapt in high-pressure environments. From there, I built a thriving yoga therapeutics practice, teaching international yoga anatomy trainings for 2009-until 2019. Following the birth of my youngest child in 2019, I transitioned into trauma resolution and nervous system repair, completing and assisting in Alchemical Alignment, an intensive, multi-year training from 2020-2025.

Today, I offer one-on-one sessions, lead monthly nervous system healing calls for businesses and mastermind programs, and host Threshold Moments, a weekly podcast on the journey to truer versions of ourselves.

I’m a mama of two, an evolving partner, and a devoted disciple of the intelligent body. I believe the body is always speaking to us, and when we create space and support, repair and transformation naturally unfold. After all these years, one thing is clear: miracles are possible.

Honoring Teachers

1,000s of hours of nervous system training from Athletic Republic 2005-2008
Paul Chek for encouraging me to think holistically.

Don and Amba Stapleton of the Self Awakening Yoga Institute for years of deep mentorship in advanced listening skills, breath, multidimensional awareness, and giving me my first platform (and skill development) for teaching a 100hr yoga anatomy training in 2009.  You changed my life forever.

To my weekly clients in NY from 2008-2015 who trusted me with unknown “unfixable” challenges that transformed and transmuted. I learned so much from you. Your trust gave me purpose.

Brigit Viksnins the founder of Alchemical Alignment for teaching me about trauma resolution and embodiment of spirit.  Thank you for weaving science, anatomy, trauma knowledge, ancestral fields, the unseen forces, and social justice into everything you do. Your stability, skill and great care astound me.

Tele Darden for walking me through the dark night with incredible practitioner skills and presence. For seeing the most vulnerable side of me and still inviting me onto your teaching team.  I experienced healthy relational fields through you on repeat.  Thank you.

Gerry Molitor who taught me the equation “Stress equals more demands than resources.” He has helped my husband and I to see old patterns playing out in current time and amplified the importance of self-care as a basis for our kids sense of safety.  We can feel and give more love because of our work with you.
