Tending the Container

for Online Programs & Products

1) Citing sources

What I do. I name where I first heard something, or what the original source was, as best I can. The work behind a theory, a study, or a teacher's years of practice deserves to be honored by name.

What I ask. When you carry this work into your own rooms or your own teaching, cite it the way I gave it to you. When the language or the framework came from me, please say so. The Sacred Third, the On-Ramp Method, and the BioIntelligent Field came out of this body of work.

2) This is a group program

I understand this is a group program, and the support here lives in community.

What I can expect

  • Sarah is on every live call. In the case of extreme sickness or an act of God, the call is rescheduled.

  • Sarah is in and out of the Circle community, engaging there.

  • Colleen is an added layer of professional group support. She is here for the group as a whole, and one-on-one therapy sits outside what this container offers.

  • Questions and personal reflections are welcome in Circle. It is a community space with layers of professional support inside it.

  • Heather is at support@sarahtacy.com for anything on the back end.

  • If something comes up that does not belong to the entire group, reach out to Heather or to Sarah directly (but not for a therapy session).

3) Telling me when something lands wrong

If something Sarah’s says, or something said in this space, makes it feel less safe, we want to hear about it.

The same goes for language Sarah could update, or a misstep of Sarah’s that lands as offensive or harmful. This is ongoing work for Sarah, and your noticing is a contribution to the space. Sarah has learned from years inside mindful containers that in the end, not everything will feel win/win even when it's set with best intentions.

Reach out through the personal DM area in Circle instead of email.

Thank you.
